The war between capitalism, socialism and environmentalism in Latin America

The American Continent is by far the place on the planet hardest hit by the sars covid2 pandemic, which has revolutionized vaccine production, real-time communications, the use of telematics in everything, relationships between humans, between countries and humans with their planet.

The primitive capitalism that originates in the old empires of Asia and Europe had as a fundamental objective the possession, be it lands, wealth, human beings or as slaves, subjects, or simply settlers.

The commercial or colonial capitalism that arrived in America with the European conquests and then spread throughout the world giving the empires of the Old Continent, power over most of the land surface, thanks to the navigation that turned the oceans into ways of communication and transportation, giving rise to what is now called anthropogenesis, or globalization. This colonial or commercial capitalism was followed by industrial capitalism in which human labor was progressively replaced by mechanical labor creating a productive capacity unimaginable until now. It is followed by cyber capitalism in which artificial intelligence and the use of the atmosphere and stratosphere multiply the capabilities of human intelligence and this is now followed by ecological capitalism that considers life and natural resources as the most valuable, and indispensable for that life can exist, without being expelled by nature, pests, and even by ourselves for fear of disappearing under governments with nuclear power, or with weapons of mass extinction, which in the hands of someone become the true terror for other humans, such as what happened in World War II and the Cold War

Socialism has had a parallel trajectory to capitalism and begins in primitive societies when families form clans or tribes to help each other and share territories, children, knowledge, and resources. But in the 20th century when the industrial revolution exploited workers to their early death, Soviet communism emerged, then Chinese and more forms of communism, which are the way for many colonies of European powers to liberate themselves. But communism concentrates power in a dome or committee of the communist party and seeks the indefinite government of communist leaders, who become gods on earth, decide who lives and who does not, what the inhabitants of their domains do and do not do. and they want to control everything from ideas to the number of children. Then Soviet Socialism collapsed in 1991 and with it the models of socialism changed, there is the socialism of the rich or Euro socialism of the Nordic countries, which have the particularity that a lot is paid in taxes and these are redistributed among all the inhabitants. African socialism brings together the inhabitants to build independent countries, after being European colonies, that leave them devastated before leaving, with the exception of England, which on the contrary in countries like Australia, Canada or New Zealand, which have no major problems becoming industrially developed countries.

In Latin America, Soviet communism manages to survive in Cuba, then it spreads to Venezuela and is present in Nicaragua, this is produced by resistance to economic blockades, and threats from the United States, which has harassed Cuba since the 1960s, since the 1960s. 80 to Nicaragua, since 2002 to Venezuela. In these countries, the population lives poorly economically, but they have health, education, and share hardships, which makes them economically less destructive and polluting societies of nature, which have more solidarity than capitalist societies, where the big fish eats the small. The simple reason why this form of communism persists in Latin America is that it is a form of resistance to being colonies of the USA and the resistance they consider gives value and dignity to their lives. If the US harassment of these countries disappeared, the resistance and communism would disappear, as has happened in Vietnam. Latin American socialism or XXI century differs from communism in that it respects private property, religious cults, makes frequent elections, allows access to information, free mobility, private entrepreneurship, profits, and focuses its attention on health, education and poverty, which wants to reduce it through less labor exploitation, better wages, better infrastructure and a competitive state or partner of private companies, when these societies are necessary, opposes monopolies, tax evasion, tax havens, the free entry and exit of capital, the concentration of power, wealth and knowledge. Rescue ancestral cultures propose equality without losing individuality.

Communism and capitalism kick and collapse in the 21st century t after the pandemic

Communism was a successful form of government in much of the 20th century to free itself from European monarchical empires.

Its greatest expansion occurred in the first post-war decades until the 1990s, when the fall of the Belin Wall occurred.
After that event, the USSR falls, preceded by all of Eastern Europe. Among the greatest achievements of communism are the liberation of China, almost all of Africa, the Arab countries, and Southeast Asia. In America, their greatest achievement was the liberation of Cuba and Nicaragua from fierce dictators: Anastasio Somoza and Fulgencio Batista and, by the way, the United States, which sponsored them.
But overcrowding, which was called equality, became the key to understanding its failure. The failure occurred when limiting the inhabitants of the countries under their control to the right to decide for themselves in everything, that is, to be people, they were only what they call comrades, and a comrade was the one who only listened to a radio, that of the government, studied and thought in the universities where the freedom of the professorship, conscience and teaching was forbidden, they dressed and ate with what the communist party bureau decided, they could not go to any part of the country without a permit that gave it to them. The police gave, upon invitation from the person from the other place or from the other country, and even receiving gifts from lovers was illegal and considered prostitution. In African and Arab countries and even Eastern Europe, communism evolved into fierce dictatorships, worse than those from which they had freed themselves.
Capitalism, which started as a cult of human freedom, evolved into what is now called runaway capitalism, where one percent of the population in capitalist countries have more than 50% of the country's wealth and 99% of the inhabitants vie for the other half. Capitalism that considers money as more valuable than life itself, starts from the colonial criteria of the exploitation of human beings and the exploitation of natural resources. This concept of exploitation, that is to say, taking advantage of something or someone until this or this human being is exhausted, made all the scruples lose to the point that these countries, preserving the Roman tradition, considered war as a survival necessity. .
In response to these two forms of government, in Northern Europe such as Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland they began to create a system that can be called state capitalism, in which the state becomes the main investor, especially in health, education, and mega constructions, which become essential to modernize and develop the countries and that the country's large capitals consider to be a risk.
China, which is governed by the Communist Party, realized that modernizing the country with private initiative alone was a problem. The Chinese State became the largest investor with gigantic works such as roads, trains, hydroelectric plants, hospitals, universities, but it gave the green light to private companies in which the workers are at the same time shareholders of the company and these companies have freedoms that allow them To be innovative, to the point that companies like Huawei have developed 5G technology and have put China at an advantage over the United States in this technology, which is the engine of the near future. Today China, the country ruled by the largest communist party in the world, is the third country with the most billionaires.
But then where was communism? It is evident that communism was a form of government that worked when communications, transportation, technological changes, human mobility was another, when the world was not transforming at the speed it is now transforming and did not emerge from anywhere in the world. other types of human beings, who can choose everything, despite their poverty, because poverty is only the place from which one has to escape, to look for other places where people can choose and decide on everything.
Today when we are entering an electoral period in the United States and some countries in Latin America, voters have to choose between the path of Cuba, Venezuela and Nicaragua, which guarantees equality to many but forces them to live as the party or the ruler wants. , under the terrible and implacable harassment of the United States, which is the cause of poverty in Cuba, Venezuela and Nicaragua. who justifies his actions because he wants humans not to be managed like sheep to the slaughterhouse, as people without options, without the possibility of choosing something other than what the ruling party and its leader want.
The biggest stumbling block experienced by countries that had a surprising growth with the so-called Socialism of the 21st century, such as Brazil, Bolivia, Ecuador, which were able to give the possibility of choosing in everything and at the same time reduce poverty is that the middle class that I think he betrayed them.

Ecuador on the inevitable path of ecological socialism

Unlike capitalism that has the sole purpose of economic gain and measures everything with numbers and figures that indicate poverty or wealth, income or returns, losses or gains, for the socialism that aims to be human, what you get is measured in health, education, satisfaction, trust, even happiness or popularity, security.
While runaway capitalism or neoliberalism, which considers that the important thing is that investors, whether national or foreign, obtain the greatest possible profits from a country.
For socialism, what interests him most is to create a protective state, which provides security of all kinds to its population, but faces that this system works when the presidential succession does not mean that public offices, public companies, the army , the police, justice, the legislative power, taxes, exports, concessions do not become loot, of every election.
But providing security to its population in many cases means manufacturing predatory humans, insatiable consumers, poor people compared, even if extreme poverty is eliminated,
The poor compared finally are more bad for nature and social coexistence and for socialism, than the extreme poor because the extreme poor are people willing to sacrifice, the effort to get out of poverty, the poor compared or new rich, are people They believe they deserve better just because they already have something good and to get the best they don't have scruples.
Essentially socialism is anti-ecological, because they pretend that the human being is the lord and owner of a country, and this human horde wants for itself what other species have, of that land, that sea, that sky called country.
This is what was experienced in Cuba in which, in order to finance socialism, it was necessary to export sugar to the Soviet Union, and turned the fields of the island into cane fields and other forms of wildlife were exterminated, finally a healthy and well educated population was obtained. , who lives on an almost desert island when viewed from the air and with a curious collective frustration.
This has been experienced by China, which now tries to rescue natural areas and water sources that, to be used by the population, like air, manufactured polluted air, created sterile rivers, in the country it is susceptible to suffer a lot from natural disasters , plagues, and armed conflicts, because it has one thousand four hundred million inhabitants, now more sensitive to the lack of water, electricity, transport, communications, health, education, social stability, or climatic changes. Any of these factors can determine catastrophes in China,
The shift from Marxist socialism to capitalist socialism, which is what Russia and China live through, and from it to ecological socialism, manifests itself because unlike the United States, where private initiative is one that seeks profit with inventions, products, procedures, knowledge, friendly to the environment, in these former communist countries, the state assumes, as in many of Europe, the protection of nature,
The state obliges companies, inhabitants, goods, services to be eco-responsible, to respond for pollution, for the extinction of species, for excessive consumption, starting with water, electricity, luxuries , vanities, to curb opulence, etc.
The moment in which it is the State, which has the exclusive use of force within a country, uses it to force human beings and nature to curb environmental deterioration, then we enter ecological socialism,
The same nature can be an agent of environmental deterioration, for example with fires due to thunderstorms, due to floods due to the El Niño phenomenon, or due to the chain reaction caused by the loss of glaciers, or the disappearance of species.
So, if the state intervenes, such as with a reforestation plan, controlled fishing, protected areas, combustion cooker reduction, or polluting cars, we enter what is called ecological socialism.
In ecological socialism economic gains are not sought, because when economic gains prevail whatever the form of government, it is called capitalism, and if an invention, a business, etc., obtains profits protecting nature, such as ecotourism in private places, it is called ecological capitalism.
If a government or a state benefits its population and nature with laws, economic measures, sanctions, education, and finally what it achieves is an ecologically sensitive population called Ecological Socialism.
Poor countries are obliged to develop ecological socialism, because they do not have the knowledge, industrial capacity, creativity, business system and profit from organic products, which is what companies in developed countries have.
The less developed countries are obliged to curb the greed of national and foreign companies, and of countries seeking raw materials, cheap labor, exploitation or manipulation through trade, industry, technology, when this affects the environment .
Stopping this greed means saving their natural resources, their species, their inhabitants, from being exterminated or alienated, to create plantations, fishing or mining companies, or insatiable markets for relatively expensive products.
At the moment in which a country is the one that carries out actions to protect its population and its nature, or natural resources, the country has entered the so-called ecological socialism.
