And that the new UNASUR must create the South American coordinators of indigenous nationalities, eco-cultural community tourism and the protection coordinator of protected areas and ethnicities of South America, so that the protected areas here are in charge of the indigenous nationalities, which would be a Way to recover your territory.
I believe that this headquarters must also be the headquarters of CELAC or its Subsidiary for South America, because Ecuador is not only the center of the world but also the Center of Latin America, because here the Pacific, the Andes and the Amazon meet. with its ecology, ethnicities, and nationalities.
