Araúz and Lasso argue that in their government's education will change, Lasso proposes free admission to universities, which we already had since 1969 after the May 68 protests in France.

The rulers no longer govern only countries, the tangible that exists in them, they have to govern social behaviors, that is, the relationships between the people of that country and have to overcome, as the biggest and most difficult problem, virtual life on the Internet of each person, this life without time, without borders, who have an indefinite memory, where all human beings are deliberative, not obedient like citizens, subjects or religious fanatics, which is the great difference with Internet users or people of the XXI century.

 For 10 years we lived a government that sought the redistribution of wealth, for which it changed the use of physical space, through roads making Ecuador the country with the best roads in Latin America, with a network of internationally certified hospitals, with schools, and millennium schools that had an international baccalaureate, with scholarships in the 100 best universities in the world for the poor and the middle class, with the best salaries in South America, with the best internet, cell phone and satellite TV network on the continent, with ports, airports, services, and first-class public offices, with emblematic universities, with electricity everywhere and to export to Colombia, Peru and Chile, in short, these were times that completely contrast with the times of Lenin Moreno and the governments prior to Rafael Correa. , in which wealth, taxes, favors, privileges are for an elite or for politicians, relatives and friends s related to that elite, who had a lineage and trajectory since 1534, when the city of Quito was founded, or when the port of Guayaquil was founded, which this year 2020 celebrated 200 years of its independence from Spain.
