The failure of NGOs and multilateral aid organizations in Latin America and in the pandemic

The essential problem of NGOs and multilateral aid agencies including those of the UN, OAS, and countries such as the United States, Europe, Canada, Australia, Asia, and rich countries or religions, is that they have aimed to sedate the populations and have not been able to stop inequality, deforestation, species extinction, environmental pollution, climate change, racism, over-exploitation of natural resources, trafficking in everything from drugs, or ivory, to human beings, machismo and discrimination against women, and old forms of discrimination due to race, age, sex, physical or mental condition, religion, political affiliation, or new forms of discrimination due to academic title, kinship, or friendship with powerful people, that has created an unequal, violent, desperate Latin America that creates human waves of emigrants, drug cartels, dictatorships, brutal repression and now leftist governments. Even discrimination by surname, or by racial or economic origin, even generational discrimination in Latin America has turned into gangs, cartels, guerrillas, protesters.

The reason for this failure is that charity organizations as they are known in developed countries, or aid, want is to make a business of tax evasion, of raising funds, and of their use.

The economic funds, which are finally the most important thing that NGOs and multilateral organizations want, led Donald Trump to question even the WHO, and that country decided not to help him in the middle of the pandemic.

This position of Donald Trump was fully justified because the NGOs like the universities of the United States, or the public and private health services, or the pension funds were expensive because they served to sustain an expensive bureaucracy, rather than for the rest.

This is what has exploded in Chile, where the winner of the elections Gabriel Boric, has promised to make the AFPs or private companies that manage pensions disappear, using and reversing those retiree funds.

In the case of Ecuador, religions such as the evangelical religion were used to divide the indigenous and peasants, who were all Catholics, creating indigenous movements with a clear religious identity, which confront the indigenous Catholic movements.

USAID, from the United States, which was also used to divide the indigenous people into good and bad, the good being those who received charity from the United States, carried out productive or conservation projects, if they recognized the United States as a generous country, good with the poor of Latin America, in exchange for their transnational companies, or their businessmen doing juicy businesses, but paying taxes to the North American government, even if they did not pay taxes in Ecuador, as was made visible with the cancellation of debts to these transnationals and the rich businessmen of Ecuador, by the Lenín Moreno government, for a sum of 4,500 million dollars.

The German Cooperation aims above all the appropriation of physical spaces, where you can plant forests, and protect species, paying farmers to help them do it and do what they say. This means that peasants have to endure their poverty in exchange for genetic information, or ancestral knowledge of the use of medicinal plants, animals, or minerals, since the beginning of the 20th century, the German pharmaceutical industry, which is one of the most powerful in the world, is based on the use of active principles of medicinal plants, they patented pyrethroids, to combat insects such as mosquitoes, thanks to the fact that they cultivate and exploit pyrethrum, an Andean plant from Ecuador, and developed the use of scopolamine, as an antispasmodic and hallucinogen, or drug of truth, in World War II, from the exploitation of Andean Guanto from Ecuador. German companies do multimillion-dollar business with this knowledge, which once belonged to our aborigines, but they pay nothing to protect nature and the ancient cultures from which they obtained this information or these products.

Other transnational charities and international aid, or governments support people, local NGOs, peasant organizations above all since we are producers of raw materials, and neighborhood organizations, now that cities have become the cradle of emigrants and violence, but this aid Like the help of the Catholic or Evangelical Church, it is in exchange for us to continue to think that the Christian god protects the poor, when in reality it is not like that, since the Wars of the Crusades, the Christian god protects those who hate those of other religions, in the same way, NGOs, developed countries and multilateral organizations, support those who hate those who are of another political identity.

But they also act as sedatives, because they cannot help people understand how the inhabitants of a country that is the owner of gold, silver, copper, oil, bananas, cocoa, shrimp, fishing, is poor, while those who extract and sell raw materials in the United States are rich and in the USA wealth passes from the hands of the owners to the hands of their workers, while here the workers remain poor, but the bosses become richer.

Like the press, the work of NGOs and religions, to sedate the conscience and create individuals adapted to poverty, who make better use of the resources at hand but do not question the unjust global order, which has made the one percent of the population owns more than 50% of the world's wealth, which has also created insatiable consumerism, comparative poverty and sudden poverty, climate change, the extinction of species, pollution, and the uncontrollable indebtedness of people and countries, because now the population has to go into debt even to pay for electricity or cell phone communication.

So the NGOs that know that now there is money to face environmental problems and climate change, but also poverty, exclusion, and violence, which is what creates migratory waves, try to imagine alternatives and solutions that governments cannot find, because to win elections they have to promise their electors, even the impossible, even multiplying behind the scenes, the over-exploitation of natural resources and their inhabitants. But at the same time, any humanitarian or natural catastrophe. It becomes a troubled river and a profit for fishermen of aid funds, who now even study at universities, how to take advantage of misfortunes.

This peculiarity of the NGOs made that in the Correa government, the non-profit organizations had censorship, from USAID to us, who imagined new forms of tourism to protect biodiversity, cultural diversity, and health, through the activity Ecuadorian and foreign tourism, interested in learning, helping and stopping environmental deterioration, inequality, unemployment, misuse, theft or abandonment of protected or heritage areas.

Correa's radical ideas were his Achilles heel. Believing that in our country the honest was more than the dishonest, when in reality since the Colony it is the other way around, it has been 5 centuries that the dishonest are the government. Correa made us believe that neoliberalism had died in Ecuador, thanks to his government, but it returned. These concepts were the weak point, where the traitors entered, until he became a government with Lenín Moreno, which has made him a victim and political persecution, creating martyrs like Jorge Glass and they have thrown us into the neoliberal hell that we are suffering, which forces us to Ecuadorians, and our children to flee the country as emigrants. But at the same time,

he has freed us from the government of the ladinos, flatters, liars of Alianza País, which finally became the party of traitors. It was precisely the NGOs and multilateral governments that gave support to the government of a traitor, who turned treason, lies, cronyism, cheating, opportunism, and everything in the country into booty and government with Guillermo Lasso.
